Summit Homeschool Academy is a classical homeschool collaborative, and we're looking for an energetic Science Teacher for our littles! We'll be teaching Biology using Elemental Science, which is lab-focused, fun and interactive.
it's easy-to-prepare and detailed lesson plans are included.
Our classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays and this position is for 3 grade-specific classes, from 8:
15-12:
15 Class sizes are limited to 10 students, and there is no homework to grade.
Roles and Responsibilities Teach weekly labs in Biology using the Elemental Science, Classical curriculum.
Design labs to be fun! Must have a demonstrated knowledge of science Experience with Homeschool and/or Classical education preferred.
Must enjoy a positive and supportive culture that believes in homeschool and loves encouraging families.
Earnings All staff are contracted employees and are paid $50/hr.
Additional compensation for training, staff meetings, etc.

All contracts are one-year renewable contracts.
