Our goal is to be the highlight of everyone's vacation or getaway! As a guest services representative, you will be the first person at The EDGE to make an exciting and welcoming impression on our guests.
We are looking for qualified reservationists, who are customer service oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
We would love to meet with candidates who enjoy working outside in a fun and energetic environment.
Duties Include:
Friendly reception Creating reservations Answering phones Driving a Polaris Ranger UTV onto the zip line course Responding to email inquiries Working in an outdoor environment Reconciling registers Introductory use of computer systems and Nikon DXLR Cameras Guest relations Filing and Organization of office supplies Data entry Being a team player Fast-paced workplace Various other tasks as assigned Job Types:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
