o 90 beds, Emergency Department 12 bed o State-of-the-art cardiac and interventional radiology technology to support 24/7 treatment of cardiac and bleeding emergencies.
o The Center for Rehabilitation is a one-stop-shop for physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology.
o Board-certified emergency physicians, specialty trained emergency nurses, trauma-trained surgeons, orthopedists and anesthesiologists.
The role you'll contribute:
The Clinical Engineering Manager leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the AdventHealth Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
This position manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop colleagues, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives.
The Clinical Engineering Manager also directs regulatory body inspections and ensures that AdventHealth is following regulatory standards.
This position includes a hands-on service component in general biomedical support.
The individual demonstrates adherence to the AdventHealth service standards.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical or military training/experience AND Four years of biomedical, facilities, or related experience OR Associates Degree in a related field AND Six years of biomedical, facilities, or related experience One year of managerial/leadership experience, preferably in a clinical engineering setting; or graduate of a management training program Valid state driver's license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle with liability insurance.
