Full-time only candidates will be considered at our Castle Rock, CO office.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required and a Pharmacy Tech experience is a plus but not required.
Some experience with multi line telephones, online application systems, and personal computers required.
Knowledge of healthcare delivery model a plus.
Experience with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, and healthcare coding/ billing helpful.
Responsibilities:
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
The representative will receive, review and process requests for healthcare service quotes using the company's proprietary service request system.
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to:
placing orders, reviewing client service instructions and confirming service completion.
Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
Work with insurance companies and medical providers to ensure patient satisfaction.
Use automated information systems to analyze the customer's situation.
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services.

This position will flex between home and office environment during the first 60-90 days.
