The Inside Sales Representative is a direct contact of Agru America to its customer base.
Responsibilities:
o Prospect and qualify new sales leads o Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects o Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers o Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort o Travel is required
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field o 0-2 years of sales experience o Experience in Technical sales, preferred o Experience in Concrete Liners, preferred o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas o Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships o Proficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat we offer:

The accrual rate increases at 5 years of service, and 10 years of service.
o The 1st of the month following your 90th day of employment, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401k plan offered thru John Hancock.
