YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP As a Customer Service Rep, you are a professional problem solver who keeps our customers happy and our technicians on track to succeed! Every day, you speak with both potential and current customers over the phone and help them out with whatever they need.
You schedule service requests with the appropriate field technicians while entering and verifying customer data in our database.
Throughout each day, you keep in touch with our field techs.
You oversee our warranty return process, schedule replacement estimates, and follow up with supply houses about materials.
As needed, you also perform light sales duties such as promoting service agreements and accessories.
You've already got some customer service experience under your belt, so you know that not every interaction will be easy or pleasant.
No matter what comes your way, you handle every situation professionally and promptly.
You enjoy putting your problem-solving skills to the test and feel great about helping our customers! Here's what we need from you:

years of experience in a related position Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Excel Experience working in an HVAC company is a plus but not required.
