As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing cash register transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly and helpful service Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, dusting, and sweeping Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies to management Promote and upsell products to customers as appropriate Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols Requirements:
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds Basic math and computer skills We offer a competitive salary as well as opportunities for advancement within the company.
