We are a rapidly growing aesthetics and wellness practice in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Inspires Aesthetics Concierge will be integral to the overall patient experience.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about both aesthetics and wellness.
She or he must be energetic, hardworking, willing to learn, open and flexible to performing a variety of tasks, as well as growing and learning along with us.
But above all, our Aesthetics Concierge will take great care of current and potential patients, going above and beyond to deliver best-in-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
In-office You will be the first line of contact for our patients, and that job couldn't be more important! You will work closely with patients electronically, by phone, and in person to make sure every client experience is best in class.
You will be integral to their experience leading up to their appointment, during their visit, as well as in follow up, in addition to exploring new potential leads.
Specific Requirements:
? Be willing to learn and be intimately involved with the most up-to-date aesthetics and wellness services and products we offer.
? Become an ambassador of Inspire Aesthetics, uplifting the patient experience and embracing honesty, internal values, and our mission.
? Greet clients upon arrival, orient them to the office, offer them a beverage, and ensure they are comfortable.
? Assure consent forms are signed for their treatment and answer any questions they may have.
? Take before and after pictures at start and finish of visit when necessary.
? Depending on treatment, have patient change into appropriate attire, cleanse patient's face and apply topical anesthetic cream when needed.
? Assist medical staff during treatments when needed.
? Maintain and update client medical records.
? Check out patients and process payments.
? Discuss membership options and enroll patients in membership.
? Discuss any upcoming promotions as well as suggest and answer questions regarding products for purchase.
? Provide recommendations on skincare, aesthetics, and wellness products and services.
? Help with cleaning and turning over rooms to be ready for the next patient.

? Act as a primary contact for our clients, answering inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and social media messages.

? Wash facial bowls, water and wine glasses, etc.
Social media/marketing The ideal candidate will also have experience with social media.
We need an enthusiastic, and creative person to help improve our presence on existing platforms and help our business grow.
We currently have a website as well as active IG, FB, and Google pages that consistently need maintenance and updating.
Specific Requirements:
? Help obtain content anytime you can while in office.
Take photos and videos before, during, and after procedures to be utilized in before/after galleries and social media posts.
Also obtain video client testimonials and document the patient experience.
? Post up-to-date photos, posts, and before/afters on website and google.
? Create at least 1 new post/content for FB and IG.
This could include before/after's, specials and promotions, skincare education pearls, client testimonials, patient experience and treatment videos, engaging/funny tik-toks, videos of office and staff, etc.
Review posts with the Inspire leadership team prior to posting.
? Manage posts - respond, communicate, and interact with followers by comments, posts, and messaging.
? Request google reviews from patients.
Also respond to google reviews in a timely fashion.
? Help develop a strategy for growing Inspires presence on all social media platforms.
? Research popular social trends and content ideas to improve social presence.
? Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions and giveaways.
