As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Skills:
