Lewis Fowler Project Managers are responsible for managing customer relationships; leading project and scope planning; developing project work plans; directing implementation teams; coordinating activities with other teams.

We are looking for a mid-level project manager with a PMP preferred, that has experience with migrated Telephony Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). Service tool configuration requirements experience is a plus along with managing schedules and resources for deployments. This PM is virtually supporting west coast and east coast roll-outs.

Responsibilities:
Creating, tracking, and coordinating schedules and resources for ACD deployments and implementations.
Managing customer relationships
Managing multiple projects, initiatives, and resources at once
Demonstrating excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
Updating MSProject, tracking, and communicating project schedule status
Tracking project risks and proposing mitigation plans
Executing on configuration of technical tools impacted with functional field PMs (typically weekly status calls - more frequent around project live date)

Qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent experience
4-7 years of project management experience
Experience using MSProject and tracking projects and schedules
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Experience coordination and deploying hardware and software implementations
PMP is a plus
